Greg Stoutenburgh, Hospital Director

Greg Stoutenburgh is a veterinary practice consultant who has worked in various capacities with veterinary facilities across the United States, especially in Southern California. Greg worked his way through his Bachelor's degree in Biology as a veterinary technician, and through his Master's program as a hospital manager. Greg now lives in Aliso Viejo, California with his two amazing children Ali and Jonah.

Leah Basinais MBA-HCM, Hospital Administrator

Leah Basinais' career in veterinary hospital management has spanned the last seventeen years. During that time, Leah completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in Boston, as well as a highly competitive internship at Massachusetts General Hospital's Cancer Center in Tumor Genetics. Leah completed her MBA with a specialization in Health Care Management in 2003. Having worked her way through every hospital position, Leah has demonstrated an amazing talent for practice operations and making practices thrive. Her natural leadership skills and innate understanding of the nuances that affect success lend to her incredible ability to make all of her employees perform at their highest level. Leah’s principle based operational methods have yielded and amazing array of problem resistant systems and organizational parameters that provide smooth and easy optimized growth. She is active in a number of veterinary organizations, including maintaining a position for over five years as the CFO for AHRF, a non-profit organization geared towards increasing the education of the veterinary community through research grants. Additionally, she is the current President of the Veterinary Specialty Practice Alliance. She lives in Moorpark, California with her husband of twelve years, her one-eyed two-pound Chihuahua Piglet, and her very overweight orange tabby, Clifford.

Richard Guyette, Hospital Manager

Richard Guyette joined the VMSG team in early 2001. Prior to that, he had successfully managed a small business focusing on client service for over 8 years. He currently lives in West Hills, California with his partner of 4 years, his lazy overweight grey cat, and his new little min-pin Chihuahua rescue Truman.
